The Culinary 2 is a skilled culinary professional responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a casino resort kitchen. In this position, you will be following established recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards. Culinary 2 is expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering consistent food quality. Culinary 2 is responsible for working under the supervision of a Culinary Specialist cook or chef, contributing to menu execution, and supporting the team collaboratively.  As Culinary 2 you must understand and execute AAA four diamond service standards while demonstrating and exemplifying Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
