General Laborer/Material Handler

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a General Laborer/Material Handler. Position type:

Full Time, Contract Duration: 3-6 + months possible to hire

Location:

Savannah, GA, 31408 USA Shift: (1st Shift 6AM - 2:30PM M-F) Job Description As a General Laborer/Material Handler, you will:

• Performs a variety of duties necessary to support operations within a team environment.
• Persons in this position promote a climate of cooperation; leading by example; mentoring others in quality, safety, environmental, Lean and HPWS philosophies.
• Demonstrate flexibility to perform other duties as requested.
• Duties are performed under limited supervision.
• Some computer skills necessary.
• Works from computer generated pictures, wiring diagrams, simple drawings or sketches, engineering drawings, specifications and other written or verbal instructions to perform job functions.
• May be required to perform additional duties/responsibilities.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Will be tasked with a variety of jobs and work assignments/cross-training

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year previous experience in manufacturing setting highly preferred. Comfortable with hand tools, cut saws.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $17.00 to $19/per hour
