A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm based in Richmond, VA is looking for a Project Manager to lead their growing team.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
• Oversee the preparation of construction plans and specifications for site infrastructure
• Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

🔹 What we're looking for:

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in VA
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development - residential and commercial
• 5+ years in Project Management or a leadership role
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• Client relationships within Knoxville area.
