Duties
- Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and manage front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Assist with employee onboarding by coordinating orientation sessions, collecting necessary documentation, and guiding new hires through initial processes.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving minor conflicts, and promoting positive communication across teams.
- Administer benefits programs, process payroll data Paylocity, and ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records through data entry and support data collection for reporting purposes.
- Assist with performance management activities including employee evaluations, training & development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
- Support compliance efforts by managing regulatory documentation, conducting audits for OSHA standards, and ensuring adherence to employment & labor law requirements.
Skills
- Proven experience in human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee orientation, and benefits administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects such as workforce management and organizational design initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels and external partners.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating conflict management skills when resolving workplace issues.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
