Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | After-hours on-call for emergencies only (rare) Location: Orlando, FL (driving to properties across the metro area daily)

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field every day driving a company vehicle across Orlando, knocking out work orders, solving problems, and making residents' lives better. No two days look the same.
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance & HVAC Technician to join our Single Family Rentals division at Rent Prosper. You'll be managing maintenance requests across our portfolio of single family homes, townhomes, duplexes, and condos across the Orlando area.
If you've got 7+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, strong HVAC skills, and a positive attitude — this is your role.

What You'll Be Doing
HVAC (Air Conditioning):
Troubleshooting issues across various brands and models (10+ year old residential systems)
Repair, remove, and replace parts including coils, Freon, compressors, fans, capacitors, drain lines, and more
Full system installations including air handlers and compressors
Appliances:
Troubleshooting across various brands and models (10+ year old residential appliances)
Repair, remove, and replace: stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers, microwaves, and more
Plumbing:
Remove and replace toilets, sinks, faucets, and shower heads
Water supply lines, shutoff valves, bath and shower valves
Water heaters and garbage disposals
Electrical:
Remove and replace light and fan fixtures, switches, and receptacles
Install and connect appliances (OTR microwaves, dishwashers, garbage disposals, etc.)
General / Carpentry / Drywall / Paint:
Minor drywall repairs and patches
Apply and blend texture
Touch-up painting
Minor cabinet and countertop repairs
Daily Requirements:
Log time in and time out for all jobs
Before and after photos of every repair
List all materials used and submit receipts
Positive attitude every single day. Do the right thing every time.
