Residential Lead HVAC Installer
$25–$39/hr + Monthly Bonuses (up to $130K/yr)

💰 Compensation & Perks
- $25–$39/hr base pay
- Monthly performance bonuses: $500–$5,000
- Total earnings: up to $130K/yr

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Install HVAC equipment: removal, installation, duct repair/replacement (fiberglass, flex, and metal)
- Perform soldering, venting, refrigerant recovery/charging, leak detection, and system testing
- Work with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to ensure code compliance
- Walk customers through system operation to ensure satisfaction
⭐ What We’re Looking For
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
- HVAC installation experience required
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders
