Location: Reside in Wichita, KS. Territory of Travel in Western Kansas.

Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based

Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated Commercial HVAC Territory Sales Rep to drive growth by selling commercial HVAC maintenance agreements and project solutions. This is an outside sales role focused on developing new business, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for ongoing service and HVAC capital projects.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts within your territory.
  • Build relationships with building owners, property managers, facility directors, and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct site visits and assess customer HVAC service and replacement needs.
  • Sell preventative maintenance agreements, equipment replacements, retrofits, controls upgrades, and other HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Manage customer relationships to drive renewals, account growth, and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Provide weekly sales forecasting and pipeline updates to sales leadership.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets across both PM contract and project sales.
  • Maintain strong close rates, consistent prospecting activity, and a balanced pipeline of service and project opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC, mechanical services, facilities management, or a related industry.
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive-level customers.
  • Experience selling service agreements, project work, or capital equipment is preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
  • Knowledge with commercial HVAC systems, components and maintenance practices is preferred.
