Role Purpose: The Route Performance Manager (RPM) provides operational leadership and field management for a geographically assigned section of fixed route bus service. This position is responsible for directing bus operator performance, managing real-time service delivery, and ensuring compliance with contractual service standards, safety requirements, and operational policies.
