Owning full-cycle recruiting for early-career hardware engineering and supply chain roles, the fully remote Recruiter 3 will source candidates, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience on a contract basis with potential for extension. Key responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering and supply chain positions, from sourcing to closing offers Build and maintain candidate pipelines for early-career roles, including interns and entry-level professionals Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Required qualifications 5-7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, particularly in technical roles Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing and candidate assessment Experience in high-volume recruiting environments and supporting early-career hiring programs Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized hardware engineering and supply chain roles
