Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Dutch-speaking candidates across a variety of roles and industries within the staffing sector
Source, screen, and engage prospective candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments in Dutch to evaluate suitability and cultural fit for client vacancies
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing a premium candidate experience at every stage
Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client staffing requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions
Accurately manage and update candidate records and recruitment pipelines within the company's applicant tracking system (ATS)
Contribute to the development of job advertisements and employer branding content targeted at Dutch-speaking talent across Europe
Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously develop your expertise in the recruitment & staffing industry
