Our field team is incredibly busy running leads and designing beautiful roofing systems, but we know that great customer service doesn’t stop after the first meeting. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and genuinely bubbly "Inside Superstar" to join our office team and keep our clients happy and engaged.
The Role:
This is a dynamic, hybrid role designed for someone who loves interacting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the heartbeat of our office, handling two primary responsibilities:
- Estimate Follow-Up & Relationship Management (Primary Focus): Our field specialists do a great job providing homeowners with detailed new roof estimates, but they are often too busy in the field to follow up. You will step in to call these homeowners, check in on their experience, answer basic questions, offer financing options, and help them close the deal. (No cold calling! These are warm clients who already know our company).
- Inbound Client Support (Secondary Focus): You will back up our main office line—greeting incoming callers with a warm, friendly voice, answering general questions, and routing messages to the right team members.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Systematically call through our database of warm estimate leads to follow up on outstanding roofing quotes.
- Build trust with homeowners, address minor hesitations, and guide them through our simple scheduling and contract signing process.
- Answer incoming office phone calls with a high level of enthusiasm and professional charm.
- Keep clean notes in our company software (JobNimbus) so the field crew knows exactly what the client needs.
- Celebrate your wins! Every time a follow-up call turns into a signed roof contract, you get paid a commission.
Who You Are:
- Naturally Bubbly & Outgoing: You have contagious positive energy, a smile that people can actually "hear" over the phone, and you genuinely enjoy talking to strangers.
- Resilient & Persisitent: You aren't easily discouraged by a "not right now" or a voicemail. You understand that great customer service requires consistent, polite follow-up.
- Highly Organized: You can manage a daily call list, take great notes, and ensure no customer falls through the cracks.
- Tech-Savvy Enough: Comfortable using basic email (Outlook) and customer databases. (Experience with JobNimbus or CRM software is a major plus, but we will train the right person!)
- Backgrounds that excel here: High-end fitness/gym membership sales, hospitality/fine dining hosting, dental/chiropractic front desk coordination, or high-volume customer success.
