Driving client retention and growth, the full-time B2B Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts, proactively identify expansion opportunities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own expansions and renewals across a sizeable account portfolio, focusing on proactive outreach to new stakeholders Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption Analyze performance data to drive momentum and improve outcomes, while maintaining high-quality communication with clients Required qualifications Proven experience in a sales or revenue-driven customer success role within a rapidly growing organization Track record of exceeding quotas for new business or account expansion Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools, such as HubSpot or ChurnZero Ability to conduct cold outreach and develop new pipelines within existing accounts Experience in selling technical solutions, particularly in cybersecurity training, is a strong advantage
