AT&T Sales Representative

AND CO CONSULTING, Inc. is actively hiring energetic and motivated AT&T Sales Representatives to join our growing retail sales team.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers in a retail store environment
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, and services
• Recommend the best plans based on customer needs
• Explain promotions, pricing, and product features
• Close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Cross-sell accessories, device protection, internet, and additional services
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Stay current on new AT&T products and promotions
• Work alongside a high-energy team in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

• Sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or restaurant experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED

Pay: $807.44 - $1,878.85 per week
