Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Location: Durham, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – On-site 3 days per week
Position Overview
Join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team supporting the recruitment of corporate talent across a variety of exempt, non-exempt, and high-volume positions. This role partners closely with Senior Talent Advisors to source, screen, and identify top candidates while helping drive an efficient and positive hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Talent Advisors to develop sourcing strategies and identify qualified candidates.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for corporate, exempt, non-exempt, and high-volume positions.
- Conduct initial 30-minute phone screens and recommend qualified candidates to the hiring team.
- Manage recruiting activities including sourcing, candidate outreach, interview coordination, background checks, reference checks, and offer generation.
- Research talent markets and build strong candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, job boards, and professional organizations.
- Build relationships with colleges and universities to support campus recruiting initiatives.
- Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with EEO and OFCCP regulations.
- Attend intake/kickoff meetings with Senior Recruiters and serve as the secondary recruiter on assigned requisitions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, or 5+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience recruiting in either a corporate or agency environment, preferably supporting high-volume hiring.
- Ability to work on-site in Durham, NC three days per week.
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
