2nd Shift Assembler with Incentive Program

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Assembler I for the 2nd Shift in El Paso, TX. This role offers an hourly rate of $16.76 plus a $1.00 shift differential and is eligible for a variable incentive program. Responsibilities include performing assembly tasks, maintaining quality standards, and handling materials.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of manufacturing experience. Preferences include a technical degree and forklift certification. This position does not offer relocation benefits and is open to local candidates.
