Role Description

As an Entry‑Level Insurance Representative with David Reyes State Farm, you’ll receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build a long‑term career in insurance and financial services. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with policy questions, account updates, and basic service requests.
  • Build relationships with customers through phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
  • Learn State Farm products and agency processes through structured training.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow established office procedures.
  • Support the team with day‑to‑day operations and customer follow‑up.
  • Participate in training to develop insurance knowledge, customer service skills, and long‑term career potential.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Responsible, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and professional.
  • Previous insurance experience is not required.
  • Ability to obtain applicable state insurance licensing.
