Now Hiring: Medical Assistant (Small Medical Office)

We are a small, patient-centered medical office looking for a dependable and friendly Medical Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working closely with patients and being part of a supportive, close-knit office, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones professionally and assist patients with scheduling and questions
• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits
• Take vital signs and document patient information
• Administer injections as directed
• Perform EKGs and spirometry testing
• Assist with referrals and coordinate care with other offices
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
• Help keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Experience with referrals and insurance processes preferred
• Ability to multitask in a small, fast-paced office
• Experience with injections, EKGs, and spirometry
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable and detail-oriented

Qualifications:

• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred
• CMA/RMA certification is a plus, but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
