Key Responsibilities

Review, evaluate, and moderate AI-generated content across social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines, legal standards, and brand policies in German-language markets.

Identify and flag harmful, misleading, or policy-violating content produced by generative AI tools, applying consistent and well-reasoned judgement at all times.

Provide structured, detailed feedback and annotations to support the continuous improvement of GenAI models used within social media environments.

Collaborate closely with internal quality assurance teams to uphold content accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and contextual relevance for German-speaking audiences.

Monitor emerging trends, misinformation patterns, and potentially harmful narratives circulating on social media platforms, escalating cases according to defined protocols.

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of moderation decisions, supporting transparency, accountability, and ongoing model training efforts.
