Your Mission

We are seeking a results-driven Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring efforts for a critical Key Account Manager role. This freelance engagement will focus specifically on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates with strong backgrounds in account management, client relationships, and B2B sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the Key Account Manager role and ideal candidate profile
  • Use sourcing tools (Linked In, job boards, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to evaluate experience, communication skills, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Provide Daily updates on sourcing progress, pipeline status, and candidate feedback
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every stage.
  • Proven experience recruiting for mid- to senior-level sales or account management roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, client success, or enterprise account environments
  • Ability to evaluate candidates based on strategic thinking, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM/SaaS industry or related sectors is a plus
  • Comfortable managing multiple pipelines and working independently with minimal supervision

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house); freelance experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and talent pipelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines simultaneously
  • Self-driven, organized, and responsive with minimal supervision
  • Experience recruiting for IT service and consulting company is a plus
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and platforms
