We are looking for a dependable CNC Operator- Wood Manufacturing to join our team and help produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have CNC experience and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts to specification
• May be trained to run panel saw
• Perform setups, tool changes, and adjustments
• Read blueprints and inspect parts for quality
• Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues
• Maintain steady production and minimize downtime
• Follow all safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• CNC experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with multiple CNC machines or setups
• Background with 3-axis/4-axis machines
• Experience supporting or training other operators
