As a Leasing Professional, you will be the first impression of our community, creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents. You'll provide property tours, build meaningful relationships, answer questions, and help individuals and families find a place they are proud to call home.

Responsibilities include welcoming and engaging prospective residents, conducting personalized community tours, responding to phone, email, and online inquiries, assisting with the application and move-in process, and maintaining knowledge of community amenities, floor plans, and availability. You'll work closely with the onsite team to ensure a seamless resident experience while contributing to the overall success of the community.

The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or multifamily housing is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow.

Weekend availability is required. Candidates must have reliable transportation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to walk the community and provide property tours.
