Role and Responsibilities:

As an event bartender, you serve guests with confidence and enthusiasm while providing knowledgeable, efficient beverage service. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where friendly service and attention to detail create positive, memorable guest experiences.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by combining charm, energy, and professionalism
• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized bar area in accordance with standards
• Communicate clearly with team members and guests to maintain high service standards
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a dining experience that exceeds expectations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous experience as an event bartender, bartender, bar back, or server
• Strong customer service skills with clear and effective communication abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as an event bartender in high-volume, large-scale dining environments

Compensation and Benefits:

• $15.95 hourly wage based on a standard 40-hour work week, plus tips
