Duties

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service in a fast-paced setting
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Clear tables promptly and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized
• Support catering, banquet, or nightclub events by managing service flow and guest interactions
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and perform basic math for billing purposes

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining, catering, or banquet settings
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a lively nightclub or hospitality environment
• Experience with serving in the food industry
• Strong teamwork ethic with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced atmosphere
