Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are seeking Business Development Representatives to join our growing sales team. You will qualify leads, build relationships with prospective customers, network with partners, and generate new opportunities for BILL Direct Sales channel. Business Development Reps who consistently meet and exceed their sales targets will be considered for exciting career expansion opportunities within our growing organization. This position reports to the Business Development Manager in the Direct Sales channel.

Feel confident engaging with both outbound and marketing-sourced leads to schedule high-quality demos and discovery calls for our Account Executives

Enjoy the art of creative prospecting using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—making 80+ outbound calls each day is just part of your rhythm

Excel at managing multiple prospects across different stages of the sales cycle through a mix of calls, emails, texts, and social outreach

Take initiative in learning and mastering BILL’s product suite and value proposition

Consistently meet—and aim to exceed—weekly and monthly KPIs including call volume (80+ outbound calls per day), meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals influenced

Embrace a collaborative, team-first culture where daily huddles are an opportunity to align on goals and celebrate wins

Are resilient, adaptable, and a strong communicator—especially when navigating objections and turning challenges into opportunities

This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range noted below are remote based roles in the specific geographic zone

Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles County

$75,608 $88,400 USD

Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles County), Austin TX, Massachusetts

$70,013 $79,602 USD

Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX, Florida, North Carolina

$64,210 $75,109 USD
