Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for

Team Lead Security Officer

Jackson, TN

Saturdays and Sundays: 7 p.m.–7 a.m.

Monday through Friday: OFF

Pay: $21.00/hour

This position is an active, boots-on-the-ground role . You will conduct routine patrols to proactively identify risks, enforce site policies, and maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your keen observation skills and ability to document incidents accurately will be essential to keeping the site running safely and smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Working Site Supervisor on shift

Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanor

Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support

Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract

Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports

Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy

Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner

Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)

Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)

Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner

Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary

Other duties to be determined by management

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

High school degree or equivalent

Valid TN Security License

Valid TN Driver's License

Professional demeanor and appearance

Basic computer skills

Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Minimum of one year of customer service experience

Minimum of one year of security experience

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)

This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
