Brock Cabinets is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. As the first person our customers, vendors, and visitors meet, you'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression while helping keep our office running smoothly.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time or Part-time | No Weekends
Hourly pay: $15–17, depending on experience.

What You'll Do
Welcome customers, visitors, and vendors with a friendly, professional attitude.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
Support multiple departments with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, email communication, and document preparation.
Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and showroom.
Help keep daily office operations running efficiently by assisting management and team members as needed.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
