Branch Security Officer

Summary

Provide security and operations support for a luxury retail branch, ensuring asset protection, adherence to security systems and procedures, and excellent customer service. Partner with senior security and store management to deter theft, respond to incidents, and perform opening and closing operations while supporting sales and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce security controls, perform daily inspections and alarm tests
• Report missing assets and follow incident management procedures
• Perform opening and closing procedures and back of house operations
• Assist with facilities repairs and coordinate with store team
• Support sales by delivering a positive client experience and acting as brand ambassador
• Act on client feedback and implement hospitality and store amenities
• Partner with management to deter theft and respond to emergencies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to work retail hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Prior retail or security experience preferred
• At least 1 year prior security related experience desired
