Physical Therapy

This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 30 hours per week with no weekend rotation. The PT provides rehabilitation services to residents in a senior living and rehabilitation community, helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence following illness, injury, or surgery. The role works alongside an experienced rehab team in a supportive therapy environment. Requirements: Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the appropriate state and have graduated from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or PT program. Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or senior living settings is preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and familiarity with Net Health E-Doc documentation systems are beneficial. New graduates are not accepted for this role.
