Our client, a leading investment management firm in Greenwich, CT, is seeking an Administrative Support Associate to join their back-office team! This role is integral to supporting Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Reporting functions, ensuring accurate data management and smooth day-to-day operations. The position is hybrid, requiring a detail-oriented, hands-on individual who is highly proficient with Excel and data entry. Reviewing data for accuracy prior to processing, including invoices, journal entries, and financial records.

Managing calendars, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks for the back-office team.

Maintaining Excel records and ensuring proper coding of invoices and transactions.

Working closely with Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Reporting teams to support daily operations.

Assisting with ad hoc projects, reporting requests, and office support tasks as needed.

2-8 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably with exposure to accounting or finance teams.

Strong Excel and data management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
