Duties/Expectations

  • Ensure office growth and productivity
  • Oversee and manage7-8 staff members a day.
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain and update patient records and files
  • Handle billing and insurance claims
  • Manage inventory for supplies
  • Ensure compliance with medical and office policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to general management as necessary

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in management at a dental office setting preferred (Minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of dental coding, administrative procedures and terminology
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team when necessary

Skills

  • Budgeting: Experience managing budgets, tracking expenses, and financial planning.
  • Critical care: Knowledge of critical care procedures, protocols, and equipment.
  • Practice management: Ability to oversee the day-to-day operations of a medical practice.
  • Dental: Familiarity with dental practices, procedures, and terminology.

Understanding of dental office operations, including scheduling, billing, recordkeeping, and handling insurance claims.

  • Manage: Ability to effectively manage staff, resources, and projects.
  • Fiscal management: Knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Dental office: Understanding of dental office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance claims.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
