Regional Property Manager - Growth, Leadership & Operations

Preferred Apartment Communities seeks a Regional Manager for the North Carolina portfolio. You will oversee on-site staff, drive budgeted financial objectives, maximize occupancy, and guide marketing and lease programs.

Role includes training and mentoring community managers, and ensuring policy compliance across properties. Travel to properties and meetings is required; CPM or progress toward CPM is preferred alongside 3–5 years of property-management leadership experience.
