CARPENTER FOREMAN

If you’re a solid carpenter who can run a crew and get quality work done, this is a great opportunity. We’re hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead residential builds from rough framing through finish work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead and manage a carpentry crew on new home builds
• Handle rough carpentry (framing, backing, blocking)
• Perform finish work (trim, cabinets, doors)
• Read and follow blueprints and layouts
• Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule
• Check work to make sure it meets quality standards
• Work with other trades to keep jobs moving

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years residential carpentry experience
• Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry
• Experience leading or running a crew
• Able to read and follow blueprints
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in the work

BONUS SKILLS

• Door and trim installation experience
• Strong problem‑solving on the job site
• Comfortable with a wide variety of tools and equipment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Papillion, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
