Business Development Representative

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives in a fast-paced, in-person sales and marketing environment. In this role, you will engage directly with prospective customers, build relationships, identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in achieving growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with prospective customers and generating qualified leads for our clients.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify prospects, nurture relationships, and schedule consultations that support business growth objectives.
• Conduct outreach and relationship-building activities at local retail locations and community events to increase brand awareness, expand market presence, and drive customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Higher education a plus.
