Senior Director of Software Engineering - Ardán Inc.

Position Summary: The Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead the software engineering team for Ardán and its enterprise applications. This person directly manages a team of 18 engineers, owning their growth, their delivery, and the quality of what they ship. This person spends most of their time developing their engineers, running a healthy delivery process, and partnering with Product and Design to turn priorities into shipped software. This person will stay close to the technology by reviewing designs, weighing in on architecture, and occasionally contributing code; all while keeping the team unblocked and focused.
