Overview
Out client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their accounting team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy of financial operations.

Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Process and manage vendor payments, expense reports, and credit card statements.
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record and update deposits accurately in Quick Books.
- Reconciliations: Assist with monthly bank reconciliations.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare payroll journal entries and file monthly sales tax returns across multiple states.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong organization skills encouraged to apply).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and proficiency with Quick Books and Excel.
