Position Description

We are hiring a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Lancaster, MA. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients strengthen communication abilities, improve swallowing function, and achieve greater independence.

As an SLP, you will work closely with patients and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver individualized treatment programs that support recovery and enhance overall well-being.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification preferred
• SNF or post-acute care experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and clinical skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
• Weekly Gross Pay: $1,800–$2,000
