Role:

Talent Attraction Specialist (TAS)

Location:

Remote, but must reside in the Northeast Market

About the Role

We partner with corporations and law firms to find their next contract attorney, document reviewer, paralegal, legal support staff, and more! The Talent Attraction Specialist (TAS) is a key driver of candidate generation, interview volume, and high-quality submissions for our permanent and temporary legal staffing business. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, interviewing, and preparing top-tier candidates, while collaborating closely with Practice Directors and Sales Executives to meet hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview high-quality legal candidates across assigned markets.
  • Maintain strong weekly activity levels including interviews and send-outs.
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for core job titles.
  • Prepare complete, accurate candidate profiles with detailed interview notes.
  • Partner with Practice Directors and Sales Executives to prioritize roles and ensure candidate quality.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate workflows and maintain accurate data.
  • Support candidate marketing via SKMs, resume reviews, and targeted outreach.
  • Participate in team huddles to provide pipeline updates and sourcing commitments.

Qualifications

  • Prior recruiting or staffing experience, required; legal recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume activity.
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn, Linked In Recruiter, or other sourcing tools preferred.
