As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations to assist in diagnosing medical conditions.
Every day you will prepare patients for scans, operate advanced MRI equipment, ensure patient safety in the magnetic environment, and accurately capture detailed anatomical images.
To be successful, you will demonstrate expert technical proficiency in MRI, meticulous attention to detail for image quality and safety, and excellent patient communication to ensure a comfortable and effective diagnostic experience.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Performs procedures to ensure quality patient care in accordance with Radiologist’s expectations and protocols.
Participates in hospital and department quality assurance programs to ensure safety and satisfaction.
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology, upon hire and
Medical Radiographer: Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Cardio Interventional Radiography, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Mammography, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technology, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Quality Management, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Radiation Therapy, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Vascular Sonography, upon hire and
Registered Technologist Magnetic Resonance Imaging, within 12 - months
Previous experience in MRI
