Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and fully supported
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
An enthusiasm for helping others reach their utmost level of independence
