What You'll Do
As an Associate Property Manager, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of condominium and cooperative properties while building trusted relationships with boards, residents, vendors, and colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily operations of assigned properties.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for boards, residents, and vendors.
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and capital projects.
- Preparing board meeting materials and attending evening meetings as needed.
- Working closely with accounting regarding invoices, budgets, and owner inquiries.
- Monitoring regulatory compliance and project progress.
- Delivering responsive, professional customer service.
- Learning every aspect of professional property management from experienced mentors.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
- Approximately 2–5 years of professional experience.
- Property management experience preferred, but candidates from hospitality, residential leasing, facilities management, customer success, or other client-facing operations environments are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- A calm, professional approach to solving problems.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to continually improve.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
