What You'll Do

As an Associate Property Manager, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of condominium and cooperative properties while building trusted relationships with boards, residents, vendors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the daily operations of assigned properties.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for boards, residents, and vendors.
  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and capital projects.
  • Preparing board meeting materials and attending evening meetings as needed.
  • Working closely with accounting regarding invoices, budgets, and owner inquiries.
  • Monitoring regulatory compliance and project progress.
  • Delivering responsive, professional customer service.
  • Learning every aspect of professional property management from experienced mentors.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

  • Approximately 2–5 years of professional experience.
  • Property management experience preferred, but candidates from hospitality, residential leasing, facilities management, customer success, or other client-facing operations environments are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • A calm, professional approach to solving problems.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to continually improve.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
