Role and Responsibilities:

You will support kitchen operations by preparing menu items, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Follow recipes and company standards to prepare burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, breakfast items, and other menu offerings
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and food preparation stations safely and effectively
• Organize and assemble food orders quickly and accurately
• Monitor food quality and ensure proper temperature standards are consistently maintained
• Assist with inventory tracking and organization of kitchen ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas
• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming deliveries
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Work with team members to ensure accurate and timely order completion
• Maintain productivity during busy, high-volume periods

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality standards
• Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• All candidates will receive training regardless of prior experience
