What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide compassionate in-home support that enhances the quality of life for our clients. Duties may include:

Providing companionship and emotional support

Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living

Medication reminders

Meal planning and preparation

Light housekeeping and laundry

Grocery shopping and running errands

Transportation to appointments and community activities

Engaging clients through conversation, games, reading, music, and other activities

Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are:

Compassionate, dependable, and patient

Positive, professional, and trustworthy

Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills

Comfortable assisting with personal care and household tasks

Able to work independently while following a personalized care plan

Passionate about serving seniors and individuals with disabilities

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Valid driver's license

Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to successfully complete a competency evaluation

Preferred Qualifications

CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred

Six months or more of caregiving experience preferred

Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, memory care, or healthcare settings is a plus
