Our client, a top AmLaw firm’s DC office, is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary / Executive Assistant to support two highly respected litigation partners, including the Office Managing Partner. This is a high‑visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves being the go‑to person for busy attorneys.
Job Overview:
- About 65% of the work is for the Office Managing Partner, who is warm, direct, and appreciates strong organizational skills. The OMP prefers to handle time-entry and billing, but she relies heavily on the assistant for everything else. The second partner is soft‑spoken, approachable, and really values proactive communication. Their associates are self‑sufficient, so your focus is on the partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Management of all federal and state filings, managing calendars, monitoring the docket and finalizing litigation documents, supporting billing, client intake, and committee work. It’s a visible, valued position in a very stable office.
Qualifications:
- The successful applicant MUST have strong litigation experience in BIG law. Applicants must bring energy, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for the role.

- Compensation is generous and the firm offers a 35-work week, hybrid schedule, monthly office lunches and $1,200 office stipend that is renewed every three years.
