Broadway Dental Arts, a Heartland Dental supported practice located at 135 East Broadway Street, Sand Springs, OK, is seeking a full‑time Experienced Dental Assistant.
Rotating Mondays & Fridays, 4 days a week with 8‑hour days, with occasional half days to make a full week of 5 days.
No nights or weekends.

Dental Assistant Academy training and continuing education classes.
Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, sustaining patient comfort and providing appropriate education throughout treatment.
Conduct a thorough review of the patient’s health history to provide quality care.
Take and process x‑rays and other diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography, etc.).
Provide superior chairside assistance (i.e., four‑handed dentistry) to supported dentists during a wide variety of procedures in accordance with the state dental practice act.
Prepare the treatment room with strict adherence to safety protocols and following OSHA & CDC recommendations.
Manage supply and inventory levels, placing and expediting orders as needed.
Partner with providers and the team to implement Heartland Dental systems and maximize office workflow.
High School Diploma or GED.
State Dental Assistant Permit.
At least 1 year of Dental Assistant work experience.
Dentrix or other dental software experience.
Microsoft Office Suite experience.
Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
regular HIPAA training is required.
All new hires in dental office positions must complete a TB test prior to starting employment, except in FL & TN where not required.
