WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
You will learn how to generate opportunity and earn trust with homeowners after storm events. This is a face-to-face professional role where you will:
- Meet with homeowners each day to assess roofing concerns
- Perform inspections and capture accurate damage reports
- Walk clients through solutions and insurance-related next steps
- Train weekly with experienced mentors focused on results
Every conversation builds skill, confidence, and income potential.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First 30-60 Days: $5,000-$8,000 per month
Consistent Producers: $8,000-$15,000 per month
Top Performers: $15,000-$25,000+ per month
Sales Leaders: $200,000-$350,000+ annually
