Technician Lead D Crew (6:45PM-7AM 2/2/3)

This position operates and maintains recycling equipment on the D Crew night shift (6:45 p.m.–7:00 a.m., 2-2-3 schedule, 10% shift differential). The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant production operations, performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs, supports quality and continuous improvement processes, and provides leadership and coordination when the supervisor is not present.
