Duties

  • Greet guests warmly as a Hostess or Host, managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using systems like OpenTable or similar software.
  • Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt and correct delivery.
  • Serve food and beverages with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.
  • Clear tables swiftly and efficiently, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards.
  • Assist kitchen staff by delivering prepared dishes promptly as a Food Runner, ensuring food safety and proper presentation.
  • Support servers by handling cash transactions accurately through POS systems and managing basic math calculations for bills.
  • Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction in both fine dining and lively nightclub environments.

Skills

  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering.
  • Strong customer service skills with experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
  • Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue.
  • Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus for adapting to diverse atmospheres.

This is a brand new concept, one of a kind. We will not be opening until mid July but will be bringing people on for training and set up early. You will be part of something brand new and help pioneer a brand. Will consider 16 and above for every position except serving. Serving must be 18 and older.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
