Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Plumber role located in Holbrook, MA. The Licensed Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment in residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing routine and emergency repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. The role involves reading blueprints and plans, coordinating with team members and other trades, maintaining accurate records of work performed, and keeping tools, materials, and work areas organized. The Licensed Plumber will also interact directly with customers to explain findings, provide service recommendations, and deliver courteous, professional service.
Qualifications
- Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and code-compliant repairs.
- Experience working with various pipe systems and materials (e.g., copper, PVC, PEX).
- Ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks, including routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Commitment to high-quality customer service, with clear communication and professional conduct.
- Valid plumbing license in the state of Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Knowledge of local and state plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Physical ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks on ladders or in varying conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites and a valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience as a plumber or plumbing apprentice; experience in both residential and commercial work is beneficial.
