Warehouse Lead Requirements

Pay: $20.00+/hour BOE

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Lead who is looking for a long-term career opportunity, not someone who frequently changes jobs. This individual will help oversee daily warehouse operations, support the team, and ensure inventory and shipping processes run smoothly. They need to have great communication skills and be a team player. Must be willing to work along side those in the warehouse. 80% warehouse 20% admin

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Ability to perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Experience tracking shipments and GPS units for trucks in transit
• Ability to review and approve employee time records/payroll information
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer programs
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside the warehouse team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and longevity in previous positions
