Special Project Assistant - Groundskeeper / General Laborer

The Groundskeeper / General Laborer performs a variety of physical tasks to support facility grounds maintenance, construction projects, and general plant operations. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance of company property through mowing, trimming, and landscaping activities while also assisting with construction, maintenance, and improvement projects as needed. Duties include operating groundskeeping equipment, handling materials, supporting skilled trades personnel, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and following established safety procedures. The successful candidate will be a dependable team player with the ability to work outdoors and contribute to a variety of facility and operational needs throughout the year.
